Body & nervous system reset for pain, stress, and tension
When pain or stress lives in the body, stretching alone isn’t enough.
Stretch Reset is a guided reset of your connective tissue and nervous system, helping your body let go of what it’s been holding — so you can move freely, breathe deeply, and feel calm again.
This is not about pushing.
It’s about allowing your body to return to its natural state of ease.
If This Feels Familiar, You’re in the Right Place:
You may be dealing with:
-
Chronic or recurring pain
-
Tight hips, back, neck, or shoulders
-
Stress, anxiety, or feeling constantly “on edge”
-
A body that feels guarded or exhausted
-
Stretching that helps briefly, then the tension comes back
Many people don’t realize this, but pain and stress are often stored in the body, not just the mind.
Your body isn’t broken — it’s protecting you.
OUR SERVICES
ONE-ON-ONE STRETCH RESET
Basically, in a STRETCH RESET session, we cover all the bases: Mind, Body, Soul. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) works increasing the range of motion and getting maximum benefits in the whole body, Myofascial Release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the specifics trigger points of the body, and Thai Bodywork align the energy lines of the body known as Sen. These energy lines correspond to different parts of the body and affect your mind and consciousness. It centers the person.
Fascia Emotional Release
THAI BODYWORK
Fascia is the first line of defense of catching all the emotional, spiritual, and physical traumas. Holds our energetic well being. Every time a trauma comes up in our lives and we don’t heal it properly, fascia catches all and as we grow up our fascia goes from this fluid like state to a hard like state, cement like state if we don’t release the traumas. This technique is about tapping into our inner physician. Your therapist is the channel to tap and unblock your inner physician so you can start healing.
So when you release that cement, that energetic block, the inner physician takes over inside you and you start to heal. That is why this work is a lot based on emotional healing
This healing technique was practiced before doctors. The bodywork involves deep pressure and stretching and it happens on the floor on a firm mattress or a mat. It is a therapeutic procedure that provides relaxation and restores healthy blood circulation. It also treats energy blockages, weak, dysfunctional organs, aches and pains, stress and tension, flexibility, paralysis, nerve problems, and postural alignments.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING
THE SESSION
Your therapist will greet you, discuss your current flexibility and goals, any injuries that you may have, and walk you through your session. Your stretch won’t be painful, but your therapist will communicate with you throughout your stretch to gauge your comfort level. They will also talk to you throughout the session to get feedback and to make sure you know what is happening at all times.
We always make sure you start with a mini 5 minute warm-up for the joints and muscles which maximizes blood flow giving you a better and safer stretch. Once warmed up we will start with Thai Bodywork slow undulating movement, as well as traction (gently pulling to create space in the joint) and modified PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), synchronized with your breathing. Also, the therapist will apply Myofascial Release in the tightest areas of the body. This technique is followed throughout the whole body until you are completely stretched out and feeling great!
The session will be performed on a Thai Mat or a Massage Table. It’s best to wear clothes you feel comfortable moving in. People wear workout clothes, gym shorts, yoga pants, T-shirts, etc. Jeans and slacks tend to restrict your mobility so we suggest not wearing those types of materials.
